"Go to page"

In this exercise, you must move seven times to each eye left and right, up and down, straight up and straight down, straight right and straight left. The gaze should then be directed to the upper left corner of the room and move the eyes smoothly to the lower right corner. Then do the opposite. Perform each movement seven times. The pace is not important. You can connect your imagination for the best effect. For example, you try to describe a semicircle, a certain geometric shape at a glance, or you simply randomly rotate the eyeballs to get a clear picture.

"Big circle"

Such a gymnastic complex is simple. The point is to perform the usual circular movements with the help of the eye. But the head must be kept still.

You have to imagine a big dial in front of you. Then look around slowly, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, and make a note of each number. The drawn line must not be interrupted. The radius of this imaginary circle must be increased with each workout. You should blink at the end of the exercise.

"Eight"

Keep your head still. Movement is only allowed with the eyes. We can describe the "eight" horizontal figure at a glance. The pattern created in the air should be large. But the eye muscles cannot be overstretched.

The movements must be performed several times, alternately changing direction.

"look at tension"

To perform the exercise, bring the tip of a ballpoint pen or other small object to your eyes. Every detail must be seen clearly. The gaze should be kept on the right topic for a while. The oblique muscles of the eye and the ring shape - they stretch to the extremes. With good practice, the elongation of the eyeball and the bulge of the lens will reach its maximum value. The vision organs should then be relaxed.

"Look out the window"

A circle with a diameter of three to five millimeters is glued to the window glass. It should be placed about thirty inches from the face. It should be at the same level as the eye. You will then need to find any remote object that enters the area of the circle and look alternately at that circle from that object and then back. Another option is to stare at a tree or column outside the window for ten seconds. You should then look sharply at your wrist or palm. So repeat 15 times.

"Adjusting the focal length"

When performing this exercise, you should focus your eyes on the finger, which is 40 to 50 centimeters away from your face. Then take turns bringing it closer and moving it to an outstretched hand. The approximation should be as close as possible. Repeat this complex ten times. The finger can be moved left and right as well as diagonally.

Eyebrow relaxation

This exercise will be the perfect end to the gymnastics of the visual organs. It often happens that after a tiring day of work, a person closes his eyes and feels his eyebrows crawling on his lashes. But in children, this phenomenon does not occur even though they are on the monitor for a long time. They can enjoy the colors of the world around them for a long time.
